Puppy - Part 2

I finally caught a break from the rain to get some outdoor shots of my mom's new puppy, Maggie - she still isn't into the whole "modeling" thing, so she either sits and stares at my mom like "Why am I sitting here?" .... or finds random things to chew on. Hmm... I'm sure with more practice, she'll be a pro dog model :)

Puppy!

My mom got a new puppy! She's an akita and her name is Maggie. She's only 13 weeks old but she's already pretty hefty! Apparently she should end up somewhere around 120 lbs, sooo... bigger than me, not that that's hard to do.

I rented a Canon 135mm f/2.0L lens to play with and it just got in today. I was hoping to take some cute pictures of the new puppy, but when I got to my mom's house it was rainy and gross outside - go figure. Hopefully I'll get the chance for a re-shoot soon, but until then... Oh and if anyone is wondering, this isn't w/ the 135mm lens - she kept running up to stick her face in the camera so there was no way I could try it inside!
